Gina R. DiGioia
Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Gina R. DiGioia joined Alloy in April 2001 as Vice-President, General Counsel. In 2004, she was recognized by the Board of Directors as Chief Legal Officer and was appointed as Corporate Secretary.

Prior to joining Alloy, Ms. DiGioia was a senior associate of the law firm Grant, Herrmann, Schwartz & Klinger, LLP. She received a B.A. in International Studies from American University in 1991 and a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1996.
